I ordered this as a Christmas present for my husband and it did not work out of the box. I sent an e-mail to the manufacturer and got no response. I would demand my money back but I don't really feel like going through the phone calls for $30.00.
I honestly thought the batteries were bad so I bought new ones. That was not the problem though, this product is just bad. Buy at your own risk, but the product is so cheaply made.
