This Remington shaver is one many similar shavers that are put out by a slew of electric shaver companies such as Braun, Panasonic, etc. I call all of them linear shavers in which the blades under the foil go back and forth versus the rotary shavers where the blades rotate. I'm sure it's a matter of getting used to them but a while back I tried a rotary shaver but I just didn't like the feel of it so I went back to these linear shavers.

These shavers are all pretty much the same, they have a pivoting head containing the blades plus a trimmer in the back. They go anywhere from 2 blades to 5 blades and are all rechargeable and all of them can be washed under water.

Remington sells 3 of these, the FR500, FR730 and FR750 all with a 10 buck difference between them. The 750 has 3 blades, the other 2 have 2 blades each and after reading the product description for 15 mins, I can't for the life of me tell the difference between the 500 and the 730, except that it seems...
