not a good product.
So, I placed my order and recieved the item within a week. Great shipping response time! I got the item, home for my daughter who was VERY excited to be able to shave for the first time. Only to have the item not work. I emailed the seller and they sent me a replacement AND refunded my money... which was a good thing becuase the replacement didn't work either. I guess it is just a classic case of you get what you pay for... the product should no longer be sold as I struck out with 2 of them. But the seller... I would buy from them again.
