Good for what it is
I got this , not as a substitute for a regular razor, but to get some of those places I tend to miss or cut myself and to just do touch-ups and it has worked fine for that. Never used it wet, just dry. The battery cover is hard to open and I had to experiment in putting the batteries in to get them in right since it doesn't really show which way they go in. For the price and what I'm using it for, it's been good. It comes with a brush and a little pouch to store in in. Overall I'm happy with it.
