I must admit that $150 was a lot to gamble on something that I didn't know whether I would like or not. I have been shaving since I was 14 (and that's a long time) I've never been able to shave with a blade razor and have used electric shavers since the earliest Sunbeam and on through Remingtons (several models), Braun, Norelco, etc. I have a VERY difficult beard that grows in many directions. It's coarse, and any screen with holes is almost impossible. The Braun came close, but the Norelco with slits as well as holes does a fair job. Well, along comes RotoShave and I have a close shave in places that haven't been smooth in years. The learning curve is steep with the RotoShave, and it takes some getting used to, especially the angle at which it must be held, but it does a great job and I enjoy shaving with cream or gel. Any after shave cream or lotion enhances the experience. I'm a slow shaver, and for me the battery life is good for six shaves. Aside from the somewhat awkward...
