Cut well, breaks often
I bought the shaver at the beginning of April. It did a great job of cutting.
Within a month the plastic tabs in the head assembly broke. The customer service rep indicated that I was not doing anything wrong and sent me a replacement piece.
Two months later it broke again. This time the rep had me send the unit in for repair. I sent it via priority mail. Remington now says the unit never arrived, and that I am out a shaver.
