Major Fail on Coarse Whiskers
Here's the deal: this simply did not work on my beard. I suppose my whiskers may be more coarse than average, but don't know that to be true. What I do know is that like some other reviewers, I simply could not get a clean shave with this no matter how hard I tried.
The trimming attachements work great, as is the overall design. It's comfortable to hold, fast to charge, and holds that charge for plenty of time. So I wanted it to work, I really did. It just didn't. I gave it time for my skin to adjust, I tried using it lightly, pushing harder, pulling my skin taut, relaxing it, going with the grain, going against the grain, moving it in circles. And would still take forever to get even *close* to clean shaven; many sections simply didn't get done at all.
There were sections of my face I could rub this on for, literally, a minute and still pull it away to find plenty of whiskers. Not just a single one, but many, all of them sticking up and taunting me from a patch...
